    Each of us has different characters. Being shy is  also one of the negative characteristics of a person. I do also possessed this one because I am a shy person. When I was child  I always choose to be alone , They didn't want me to be friends,No doubt  because I am a shy person they will think it's just a boring moments with me.           Waking up in the morning is really hard for me. Having anxiety is not easy to overcome. I don't know where to start because no matter what I do, I still can't avoid thinking about the things that happened in the past.      Im a person with full of dreams but because of my anxiety I don't know if I can get up and face the reality.
